1. Eligible Returns

We accept returns for items that are:

  • Incorrectly sent

Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Returns requested after 10 days may not be accepted.

  2. Do not send items back before receiving return authorization.

  3. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending the package back.

3. Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of approval.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
